Ghost train

I gazed down into the canyon, while the California Zephyr slowly and effortlessly climbed through Colorado’s wilds. I looked into the windows of the empty dining car with it’s rows of linen covered tables dimly lit in the twilight. It seemed lonely, like a feast was being prepared for ghosts. Was there anybody really on this train?

No time

It started with a list of things I wanted write about and photos I wanted to show.  But I didn’t have time.  And the list grew longer, which became insurmountable.   After a while, I didn’t like thinking about the list or this blog.  So I just stopped.

Now the season is getting more snowy and some of my personal summer projects are more or less finished.  Work is still busy.  But maybe I’ll have more time to post things.

For now a photo from a hike I took about 3 weeks ago.
